BOARD OF TRUSTEES

As a 501(3)c non-profit organization incorporated in the state of Delaware, Delaware Dance Company is over-seen by an all volunteer Board of Trustees that meets on a monthly basis. The Board monitors all financial matters of the company and assures that all activities are consistent with DDC's mission statement.

We welcome all to attend our meetings which are held each month excluding December and July. We encourage your comments, questions, and suggestions. An open agenda is planned for the top of the meeting, visitors may then be requested to leave depending on the remaining agenda items.
